About us

Founded on a Simple Idea

Pierre founded Steward Concierge on a conviction he developed across two very different careers: that the most important work is done carefully, quietly, and to an uncompromising standard.

By training, Pierre is an academic and Certified Fraud Examiner — someone whose professional life has been spent evaluating systems, identifying what others miss, and holding people accountable for what they commit to. He brings that same exacting eye to every property he oversees.

Like many in his family, Pierre has always worked with his hands. His grandfather, father, and two uncles were plasterers and painters — and that tradition of craft never left him. Over the years, as a homeowner and property investor, he developed deep practical knowledge in home repair, remodeling, and project management.

What that combination produces is something genuinely rare: a property professional who reviews contractor invoices the way a fraud examiner reviews financial records, and who can also pick up a tool and do the work himself. Clients trust Steward Concierge not just to coordinate — but to know the difference between a job done right and a job done fast.
